Based in Kidlington, just north of Oxford, P&L Software Systems has specialised exclusively in waste management software since 1987 - and with the largest installed software base in the UK, is recognised within the country's waste industry as one of the major players in waste management software.
Now in its second decade of working with the waste management industry, P&L has a team with a very much a 'hands-on' approach and posesses an unrivalled understanding of general waste management and the methods, practices and needs of the waste management industry.

Training
Operators will benefit enormously from skilled training in the use of our software. Whilst we are able to offer on-site training to our customers, experience shows that operators are able to engage more productively in training opportunities when removed from their normal - usually busy - working environment.
P&L offers technical training for all aspects of IWS and SKIP software operation; as well as two levels of Crystal Reports training.
Support
All UK and worldwide P&L waste management software installations covered by one of our Gold, Silver or Standard Maintenance Support Contracts enjoy year-round 24/7 technical support from trained P&L technicians, except for UK Bank Holidays. If you have a systems or software related problem, our support team will first try to identify the cause over the phone and provide a verbal fix immediately; or contact you later by fax, telephone or email. If this is not appropriate, then we'll dial into your site and carry out diagnostics remotely via modem link. When the occasion demands (and it's rare!) we'll have an engineer on site as soon as logistically possible.
